These Terms and Condition apply to Villa Zen Ubud website, located at www.villazenubud.com wherein comprises of booking terms and Frequently Asked Questions

Check In / Arrival Times + _

Do not forget the following documents need to be presented upon arrival and to proceed your check in:

  • Valid credit card matching the name on ID
  • Valid ID document  

If your reservation includes other guests, they are allowed to check in only if they present one of these documents:

  •  Printed reservation confirmation 
  • Valid credit card used for the reservation 
  • Valid ID of the person who booked the room

Check In Time: 14:00 AM 

  • Unfortunately, under security circumstances we would not be able to let guests check in without one of those documents above.
  • Latest: 22:00 PM
Check Out / Departure Times + _

Check Out Time: 11:00 PM

  • Late check-out hour 15:00 PM (Late check-out is based on guests’ availability and the decision of the supervisor in charge)
Baby Cot + _
Zen Ubud Villa accommodates one baby cot for a baby under 3 year-old, without any extra fees.
Extra Bed + _

Safety regulations strictly prevent us from accommodating more than 2 people (adults or children) in:

  • River View Villa (No extra bed nor/and a baby cot can be added.)
  • Garden View Villa (No extra bed can be added, except for a baby cot.)
  • Infinity Villa (No extra bed can be added, except for a baby cot.)

Only one extra bed can be added in Deluxe Villa and Villa Mezzanine 

Additional Charge for Extra Bed: (Breakfast Included)

  • For Adult charged (IDR 900,000)
  • For Children above 10 years of age (IDR 500,000)
  • For Children under 10 years are free of charge
  • Our Rooms are perfect for families 


  • Pets are not allowed for room bookings
  • Tiny pets that are clean and well-behaved are welcomed to our restaurant.
  • Guests are responsible for their pets’ excess dirt. We are not responsible in any condition.

Online Booking

  • Booking online on www.villazenubud.com is simple, quick and secure. To guarantee our most competitive rates and availability, room rates are updated at all times and the availabilities are shown in real-time directly on our booking system.

Payment Terms: 

  • As we follow Indonesian law principle regarding all payments made will be converted to and charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The conversion will later be referred to the official exchange rate upon booking, as this may cause a minor variance between the rate shown and the booking charge.
  • When booking your visit, all reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card as we accept (ex: VISA debit/credit, VISA Electron, Mastercard debit/credit and Maestro Cards). Zen Ubud cannot accept reservations without any credit card guarantee.
  • By the time the booking is requested, your credit card will be charged for special offers and promotion according to the time of the reservation made. These terms are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
  • Zen Ubud can only request your credit card details to guarantee a reservation. Guests’ credit cards will not be charged for standard reservations with flexible rates.
  • Guests' full payment is due when checking-in from Zen Ubud.
Cancellation Policy: + _

Due to Covid 19 Environment, we are only offering a cancellation policy only for Standard bookings (with no promotional code).

Check-in from:

  • 01 Nov – 31 December 2020: no cancellation fee up to 72 hours prior to arrival.
  • 2021:
  • Low season : no cancellation fee up to 7 days prior to arrival
  • High season : 01 July - 30 September & 24 - 31 December = no cancellation fee up to 15 days prior to arrival.
  • If you fail to cancel your reservation 15 days (before 12:00pm local time) prior to your date of arrival, ZEN UBUD can charge your credit card of the amount of one night.
  • If you fail to cancel your reservation 7 days (before 12:00pm local time) prior to your date of arrival, ZEN UBUD can charge your credit card for the total amount of your stay.

A deposit will be taken either once the booking is done or it is within the cancellation periods stated above, depending on the promotion that has been chosen. If the booking is then cancelled or there is a failure to arrive on check-in date, the deposit is forfeited and is non refundable.
